U-16 Hurling Final
Best of luck to our U-16 hurling team, who will face the
challenge of St Brendan’s, Ardfert in the final of the John Joe
Nolan Memorial Shield. The game is scheduled to be played in
Abbeydorney on Tuesday 16th May at 6.30 p.m.
So far in this competition, Ballyheigue were victorious in their
first encounter with St. Brendan’s, but were held to a draw in their
second match, which should make for a very competitive final.
Please check with the club, before attending the game, as the
venue is subject to change
Golf Classic
On Saturday 15th April, the club held their annual
fund-raising Golf Classic at Ballyheigue Golf course in association
with Lee Strand. The weather conditions and course were fantastic
for the large number of teams that participated on the day.
Thanks to all who took part in the competition. Congratulations to

The prizes were presented that night at the Golf Bar
and a great day and night was had by all.

New Jerseys Presented
Ballyheigue GAA club would like to express their thanks to
Fergal Reidy of Celbridge for his generosity in sponsoring a set
of jerseys for the minor hurling team. Fergal who has a keen
interest in the club travelled to Ballyheigue to present the
jerseys to Mike Kenny Chairman
