Kerry Way Digital AR Companion
Storytelling is at the heart of Kerry's past, present and future. With the free Kerry Way Digital Companion app, visitors to the Kerry Way can experience a self-guided, immersive perspective on scenic places, points of interest and heritage sites. Famous figures and sites steeped in history are brought to live via a free app available on Google Play and the App Store.
You can explore nine different locations along the Kerry Way, from Torc Mountain to Muckross Abbey and Muckross House & Gardens. The app offers audio and visual experiences designed to bring to life the myths, tales, historical figures and personalities of Kerry from our mythical past to present day modern Kerry people!
Developed by Imvizar in partnership with Kerry County Council, this app is a fantastic way of bringing our fables and tales to life!
