A Global Celebration of Animation 

Animation Dingle, one of Europe's premier animation festivals, returns for its highly anticipated 2024 edition. Now in its 12th year, it promises a captivating showcase of creativity, innovation, and collaboration in the world of animation. Set against the picturesque backdrop of Dingle, Ireland, this year’s festival is poised to be an unforgettable gathering of industry professionals, enthusiasts  and aspiring animators from around the globe, including Nickelodeon, BBC, PIXAR, Netflix. Other key highlights include:  RTÉjr Animation Dingle Awards; Young Animator of the Year Award presented by Disney as well as over 11 Irish Colleges, 47 International colleges in attendance.

Taking place 22 – 23 March, Animation Dingle is an Academy Awards® qualifying festival built upon its esteemed reputation as a hub for fostering dialogue, networking, and inspiration within the animation community. Renowned for its diverse programme encompassing screenings, workshops, panel discussions, and networking opportunities, the festival serves as a dynamic platform for both seasoned veterans and emerging talents to connect, learn, and showcase their work.
