Meet Marie Holden who along with her husband Brian, a chef, established West of Dingle Sea Salt on the Dingle Peninsula where they collect, filter, evaporate, sift, infuse, prepare, blend, pack and label all their products by hand along the more remote rocky shores of the Dingle Peninsula.
