They go local wherever possible, partnering with brilliant suppliers like Spillane’s Seafood and farmer Gareth of Poppa Doms, who even helped them grow their own herb garden. Food waste? They’re on it—with AI-powered cameras tracking what’s tossed to help the kitchen improve daily. Staff are looked after with wellbeing apps, monthly outings, and community-focused days.
