Tralee Chamber officially launched its new Enterprise Supports Booklet, a practical and accessible resource designed to support local businesses and entrepreneurs across the region. The launch took place at the RDI Hub, a valued long-standing member of Tralee Chamber, and was proudly sponsored by Pierse Fitzgibbon, reflecting strong collaboration between professional services and the wider business community in supporting enterprise development.

A Dedicated Resource

Tralee Chamber Alliance is Kerry’s leading business organization, dedicated to promoting economic growth, sustainability, and innovation while celebrating Tralee’s rich heritage. The Chamber drives initiatives that benefit businesses and the community through strategic partnerships.

Collaboration

The concept for the Enterprise Supports Booklet was originally developed by the Dungarvan and West Waterford Chamber for the South East region. Tralee Chamber has adapted and developed the model for Kerry and expressed its gratitude for the support and collaboration of its Dungarvan and West Waterford counterparts in bringing this localised version to fruition. The RDI Hub, a long-standing and valued member of Tralee Chamber, provided the venue for the launch, reflecting its ongoing role in supporting innovation, collaboration, and enterprise development in the region.

"Working together in this way ensures that we can deliver practical value to businesses in our own communities while learning from best practice elsewhere."

From Start Up to Expansion

Developed by Tralee Chamber’s Enterprise Sub Committee, the booklet brings together a wide range of funding supports, advisory services, training programmes, and development opportunities available to businesses in the Kerry area. It is designed as a practical, user-friendly guide to help entrepreneurs at every stage — from start-up to expansion — access the supports they need to grow and succeed.

"This booklet is a significant achievement for the Chamber and a very valuable resource for local businesses. I want to acknowledge the work of David Pierse, the Enterprise Committee and the contribution of Emily Reen, who played a key role in progressing and delivering this project. It is a strong example of what can be achieved through collaboration and voluntary commitment within our Chamber network.”
