A new Tech Talk event in Tralee will bring together leading voices from across the technology sector to share insights on leadership, innovation and career progression.

 

Hosted by Tech Industry Alliance in partnership with Network Ireland Kerry, Women Leaders in Tech will take place at The Rose Hotel, Tralee on Wednesday 25 March, bringing together senior professionals who are helping to shape the future of technology across the South West.

 

The morning event will explore leadership pathways, industry challenges and the evolving opportunities within the technology sector. It also aligns with the wider celebrations around International Women’s Day, recognising the impact women continue to have in driving innovation and building strong organisations.

 

Registration and networking begin at 8.15am, with the panel discussion starting at 9.00am.

 

The event will feature a panel of speakers representing industry, research and global technology organisations.

 

Dina Vyapuri – Founder, Techfindr

Dina Vyapuri is the founder of Techfindr, a global technology talent consultancy with offices in Ireland, Mauritius and Singapore. She specialises in helping technology companies scale internationally through strategic hiring across areas such as cybersecurity, blockchain and emerging technologies. Dina is a strong advocate for advancing women in technology and supporting diverse leadership in the global workforce.

 

Kathleen Wall-Sheehy – Operations and HR Director, ViClarity

Kathleen Wall-Sheehy is Operations and HR Director at ViClarity, a Tralee based global provider of governance, risk and compliance software and consulting services. She has played a key role in the company’s growth, helping scale the organisation from an early stage startup to a team of more than 50 employees serving clients across Ireland, the UK, North America and Australia.

 

Dr Sara Morrissey Tucker – MTU and AgriTech Centre of Excellence

Dr Sara Morrissey Tucker is a Research Fellow at Munster Technological University’s Kerry campus and Director and Centre Manager of the AgriTech Centre of Excellence. Her research background spans machine learning, language processing, virtual reality and emerging AI technologies, with a particular interest in how technology can enhance communication, education and skills development.

 

Facilitator: Gillian Bergin – Dell Technologies

The panel will be facilitated by Gillian Bergin, Global Business Transformation Director at Dell Technologies. Gillian specialises in organisational transformation and the people side of change, helping global teams navigate evolving technologies, processes and workplace culture.
