IHF Kerry Branch People Network

The IHF Kerry Branch People Network, part of the Irish Hotels Federation’s national network, brings together HR professionals and people leaders to connect, share insights, and learn from across the hospitality sector.

Meeting quarterly in Killarney and Tralee, it fosters a collaborative environment where members exchange best practice, discuss emerging HR issues, and stay informed on employment law, recruitment trends, and workplace policies. The network focuses on key priorities such as retention, employer branding, wellbeing, and diversity, while offering learning through guest speakers, discussions, and professional development opportunities. Members benefit from a strong peer network, early awareness of industry changes, and opportunities to benchmark practices and address shared challenges.

Supported by the Kerry Branch of the Irish Hotels Federation, the network is open to all professionals from member hotels and guesthouses with an interest in people management – not just solely in HR roles - as the more diverse the network is, the greater the richness of the interaction and learning.
